Do you realize that today in the United States, anyone who decides to do what it takes to become a millionaire can honestly achieve it? Of course, career military people usually retire in their 40's or maybe early 50's. Most then find a second career or some kind of job to supplement their retirement income. More and more retirees are looking to really make some serious money. So were we. We didn't want to trade all our time for money, though. And we certainly didn't want a ton of stress to go with it. The military was stressful enough without taking on more of that in retirement.
